08-June-2010 The ride to Ladakh has ended and this time I decided not to courier the bike back to Pune. Instead I left the bike in Delhi so that I can ride it back sometime later, on a long weekend. The plan being, I fly to Delhi on the last working day of the week and then ride back via Rajasthan & Gujarat in 3 days, exploring some places, enroute. Aug-2010, Sep-2010 Couple of long weekends came and I couldn’t execute the plan that I have made to ride Fiero back to Pune.

1st Week of Oct-2010
It is confirmed that office will remain closed for a week during Diwali. Came up with a first draft of the trip plan and the never ending process of updating it to cover as much as I can started, with some useful inputs from Hitanshu. People were pinged to join for the ride but not many are lucky to have their office giving them a week off. Flight ticket got booked and it was now confirmed that I’ll, finally, be riding the bike back.

Last Week of Oct-2010
Spending countless hours trying to get a perfect trip plan, I decided to scrap it all and just shortlist the destinations I want to visit and just ride on.

Trip Log
Day 1: Start of trip from New Delhi and stopped for the day at Mathura, covering 175km’s. Read about the trip log here.

Day 2: Day started from Mathura and after stopping by at Taj Mahal, the day was ended at Mahoba, covering 496km’s. Read about the trip log here.

Day 3: Starting from Mahoba, after visiting Khajuraho stopped for the day at Bandhavgarh covering 301km’s. Read about the trip log here.

Day 4: Took the morning jungle safari at Bandhavgarh and then headed to Kanha as the destination for the day, covered 252km’s.

Day 5: The entire day was spend at Kanha in the two jungle safari’s (morning and evening). Read about the trip log here.

Day 6: Started from Kanha and via Nagpur the day ended at Malkapur, covering 564km’s. Read about the trip log here.

Day 7: An early morning start from Malkapur saw me reach Pune via Aurangabad, ending the trip, covering 458km’s. Read about the trip log here.
